This is surya kant mahatha from eiilm ,Kolkata done MBA in Marketing. I have gone through some interviews and I will be fortunate to share my experiences with you such that it can help you upto some instant.

ACTUALLY They look nothing but your confidence level ,your appearance,how you expess,and also abit of relative questions of marketing.

First of all what should be your getup

Always be in formal with black leather shoe and tie.(prefer white shirt and black trouser)

Hair should be combed properly and not like a rockstar and not too much oily.

Be confident and always smile on the face but according to situation.

Try to maintain good posture, gesture and make eye contact properly.

Never try to show ranchhor das attitude.

ENTRANCE

Enter in the room with confidence and go to the chair but before going to seat say good morning sir/mam and wait for his words to seat.

SOME COMMON INTERVIEW QUESTIONS :

1. Intoduce yourself.

Introduction: try to give a pricise introduction and some other details which are not mentioned in your resume

2. Your family background.

Tell your family background in such away that how it will help you in your professional career.

3. Your hobbies.

Hobbies and how it is related to your field.

4. How your hobby will helps you in marketing ?

5. Your strength and weakness.

6. Does your weakness helps you sometime , and how?

Strength you have don’t try to make fool to interviewer.and

How weakness is also helpful.

7. Your best and worst memory of your life.

Give some citation, and in worst situation how you handle with your skills

8. Who is your ideal person and why?

Try to relate with your field.

9. Why MBA only?

Just say to improve your managerial skill and leadership quality.

10. Your summer interanceship project.

Before going to interview just go through your sip project and work on it .

11. What do you learn from your SIP?

What are your learning and findings.

12. Why our company?

Say how you can grow and you can work best in that company

13. Why should we hire you?

Tell your qualities and skills and how these skill will help company.

14. Do you have any idea about our company ?

Just go through web site of company and try to collect max information about company.

15. What is difference between sales and marketing?

16. Why sales?

Just go through your core papers

17. How you will sale our product?

Use your selling skills

18. What is your expectation (salary and other expectations)?

Try to Answer it smartly and say only talking to your friends and evaluate market rates too.

19. When you will join our company?

Its should be your answer

20. What will be your first reaction if you will be selected?

Say how you will be friendly to product and subordinate and your boss and analys the market where you have to work.
